Will not return. The lift is small, breakfast is non existent.

Nice staff. Would like to commend Sam for his recommendations on where to eat local food nearby

Toilet smells funny. Everything looks worn out. The deco has not been changed/renovated since my last visit in 2015.

Careful consideration if book family room

Location is around 10min walk from Central Park Station.

For the family room, it was on the top floor but the lift did not go to top floor. We had to carry our luggages up and down the stairs as the lift reaches one level down. No city view as balcony was blocked by hotel name sign. The family room had only one bathroom, which is slightly inconvenient as we had 5 people.

Beautiful hotel, warm staff and perfect, as long as there aren’t renovations

Design was lots of fun and use of space creative and practical. Themed floors were fun to explore and the bed, pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Air conditioner was very powerful and bathrooms were clean. Very central to food and activities in a nice neighborhood. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English.

The renovations were horrible. It left a foul smell, participles in the air and noise throughout the day and it triggered my asthma several times during my stay.

Location is pretty near to central Kaohsiung

My colleague and I originally stay for 1 night. We intend to extend for another night due to unfinished business. We came to a surprised that the price tripled from what we have paid for 1 night if we intend to extend for another night. The reason being was the hotel was on high demand and there was few events happening in Kaohsiung on the date that we intend to extend our stay. From TWD 1900 per night, it sky-rocketed to TWD 8000 per night and this is absolutely absurd and utter nonsense.

Superb

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kaohsiung metro, making travel around the city convenient. There's a water machine in the basement, so you can refill your bottle anytime. The room features large windows looking out on the city, and each floor has differently themed decor to add visual interest.

The lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim.

The room was clean and had everything you needed. The bed was comfy, too! The staff that helped me check-in and out were really nice and they always greeted me wiyh a smile at the door. It is also located in a very good location with bars, food, nightclub and gyms around!

4 pillows, ceiling to floor windows with blackout curtains, actual queen size bed, not two mattresses pushed together, great decor, seating space and great location

The room smelled terrible. The smell was coming from the drain in the bathroom!

The location is good, closed to subway station, and convenience stores

very noisy environment, cleaning staffs were loud in the morning. Before check-out time they were super noisy and woke me up :(
